86% OF BUILDING I PHASE II RESIDENTS VOTE FOR PSN HOME18/12/2019
In buildings M1, M2, and M3 (K, L, M) of the second phase of PSN Group’s SREDA residential quarter, a general meeting of owners to sel ect a management company saw 86% of votes cast in favor of the Sreda management company, which is part of the PSN Home group of companies.
The meeting participants additionally decided to engage the management company to provide 24/7 video surveillance and patrolling services, and maintain the courtyard area, and also affirmed the “carless courtyard” concept and the courtyard access procedure.
