PSN GROUP TO CONTINUE SELLING COMFORT-CLASS FACILITIES UNDER EQUITY PARTICIPATION AND PURCHASE-AND-SALE AGREEMENTS19/07/2019
PSN Group has reported that all comfort-class facilities (commissioned or under active construction) continue to be sold under equity participation and purchase-and-sale agreements. To date, sales have been carried out without the use of escrow accounts.
Thus, lots in the Domashny neighborhood (phases I and II in full), the SREDA residential quarter (phases I and II in full), and the Grinada residential quarter (building D3) are being sold under equity participation agreements.
Real estate properties in the first phases of the Domashny neighborhood and the SREDA residential quarter, which were rolled out in December 2018 – January 2019, are being sold under purchase-and-sale agreements.
