PSN GROUP REACHES FINAL OF WOW AWARDS 201921/08/2019
Following a jury vote, three projects from PSN Group were nominated in the final rounds of the WOW Awards: the game and cartoon Marianych in Search of Treasure in the Non-Standard Promotion: Digital category, the gift publication I Live at Polyanka in the Souvenir Products category, and the PSN Kitchen stand at the Real Estate from Leaders exhibition in the Exhibition Stand category.
The campaign presenting the game and cartoon took place in April—May 2019. The project revolved around the mascot of the Domashny neighborhood, the cat Marianych, who is loved by everyone. The campaign reached out to over 2.8 million users. At KOTDOMA.COM, players continue to compete to break into the Top 10 gamers list, with some having played 50 or even 100 times.
The unique limited-edition book I Live at Polyanka was an exclusive gift for buyers of flats in the Polyanka/44 mansion complex. The publication contains historical facts about the Polyanka region and its inhabitants. One of the mansions restored by PSN Group was once home to legendary artist Lev Bruni. Musicians Vladimir Sofronitsky and Heinrich Neigauz, young poet Arseny Tarkovsky, and the legendary Anna Akhmatova and Osip and Nadezhda Mandelstam spent many evenings with him there in his flat.
The PSN Kitchen stand was presented at the Real Estate from Leaders exhibition in September 2018. In the improvised kitchen, guests learned about PSN Group’s projects while enjoying tea or coffee with Belgian waffles. Of particular note is that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the stand concept was implemented only three days before the exhibition, but this had no impact at all on the quality and aesthetics of the setup. As a result, the stand was visited by 400 people and recognized by the organizers as the best at the exhibition.
In the 2018 WOW Awards, PSN Group won first place with the video SREDA for Champions featuring Olympic figure skater Alexei Yagudin and his family.
The WOW Awards celebrate the best real estate advertising projects, including the industry’s most spectacular and compelling creative ideas. In 2019, the eighth such competition, over 300 works were submitted. The results will be announced at the awards ceremony on September 5 in Moscow.
