PSN GROUP LAUNCHES PERSONAL ACCOUNTS FOR CLIENTS22/05/2020
In May, PSN Group introduced a new online service for buyers of elite and comfort class properties. Clients can now use their personal account on the company's website to select and reserve a flat, and track the transaction status at all stages.
This way, the remote service for buying property has become even more convenient for users. At the same time, sales managers remain ready to hold telephone consultations and answer any questions regarding the purchase of flats in the Polyanka/44 mansion complex, the Domashny neighborhood, and the Grinada residential quarter.
To access their personal account, clients must first register in the relevant section of the PSN Group website or on the website of the selected residential complex. It is enough to provide an email address, whereupon a password will be generated automatically, which can be changed at any time. In addition, if the user is browsing the apartment catalogue on the website of the company or one of its projects, the system will prompt to create an account or log in by clicking the Reserve or Add to Favorites button.
Registered and authorized clients can save properties they like in the Favorites section of their personal account, monitor their availability, and reserve a flat online for one business day. Throughout the whole process, the system displays all stages of the transaction, from reservation to key handover. The service works in any browser and synchronizes account information when the user logs in from different devices (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone).
