HOW PSN GROUP'S RESIDENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPED IN H1 202018/08/2020
New properties continue to come onstream in PSN Group's three comfort-class residential complexes: the Domashny neighborhood and the SREDA and Grinada residential quarters. The total area of all commercial premises in these developments amounts to approximately 12,000 square meters.
Recall that phases I and II of the Domashny neighborhood provide for 3,700 square meters of commercial space, of which 86% is already sold. Within six months, two new grocery stores, a pizzeria, two beauty salons, a bakery, a flower shop, and a homeware mini-market have joined the ranks of commercial tenants. In addition, an electric scooter station was installed on site at the initiative of the Mar'yino district administration, and these are a big hit with residents. A medical center too is set to open shortly at 30/1 Donetskaya street.
On the territory of the SREDA residential quarter on Ryazansky Prospekt street, 5,300 square meters have been allocated for commercial premises, of which 81% are now occupied. New cafes, a beauty salon, and a branch of the Lechebny Tsentr (Healing Center) chain opened here in 2020. All entrances to the premises are located on the external side of the building, outside the private guarded area. In summer, a city bike rental station was installed here. Residents of the area will soon be able to sample Japanese cuisine at the Riso sushi bar, make use of an Ozon pick-up point, or buy a beautiful bouquet at the new flower shop. In early September, the Bukhanka cafe & bakery is also set to appear.
At the Grinada residential quarter in Northern Butovo, the developer set aside around 3,000 square meters for commercial premises, 76% of which have been sold. In addition to the existing properties the new Grinada-Family cafe, a pharmacy, and a flower shop are now up and running there.
