On November 27, Moscow hosted the 11th Urban Awards, at which PSN Group’s Polyanka/44 was recognized as the best project in two categories (Elite-Class Residential Complex of the Year in Moscow and Complex of the Year with Best Architecture); the Domashny neighborhood was a prize finalist.

The awards took place in several stages and included an initial offsite evaluation of the submitted projects, a tour of the facilities, and a presentation in front of an expert jury. A variety of criteria were assessed in the main categories, including quality of construction, architectural design and solutions, external and internal infrastructure, layout planning, engineering, pricing policy, and pace of sales.

During the final jury vote, the Polyanka/44 mansion complex picked up the most votes and won two awards. Note that in 2015 the project also received an Urban Awards prize as the best elite-class residential complex under construction in Moscow.

The Polyanka/44 elite mansion complex was the first development project of PSN Group. Construction began in 2014, and the project went live in March 2019. The complex consists of three historical and five modern mansions featuring an original architectural solution from British bureau John McAslan & Partners, an internal garden laid out by Gillespies landscape bureau, and lobbies designed by Aedas and Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design.
