MOSCOW’S LARGEST TIH TO OPEN NEAR SREDA RESIDENTIAL QUARTER IN LATE 201909/08/2019
The Ryazanskaya TIH will unite two Moscow Metro lines (Nekrasovskaya and Bolshaya Koltsevaya), the railway, and the Moscow Central Circle (MCC) line. It will include passenger terminals and administrative buildings, as well as a shopping mall and parking lot.
The interchange hub is being built at the intersection of Ryazanskoe Highway and Nizhegorodskaya Street, allowing residents of the SREDA residential quarter to transfer from one mode of transport to another in just five minutes. In addition, the hub will offer park-and-ride facilities for drivers entering the city via Ryazansky Prospekt. The MCC station Nizhegorodskaya near the SREDA residential quarter is already open, enabling residents to get to neighboring areas and the other side of the city quickly.
Ekaterina Thain, Vice President, Retail Sales, PSN Group:
“The new Ryazanskaya interchange hub will significantly improve transport accessibility in south-east Moscow. This will be a major advantage for our SREDA project. Residents will be able to move around the city in comfort and spend much less time on the road. Whenever a new metro station opens next to a development, apartment prices increase on average by 10-15%.”
The SREDA residential quarter is one of PSN Group’s largest integrated urban development projects. During the construction period, it received nine prestigious awards, including top prizes in the Move Realty Awards, the National Business Communications Award and the WOW Awards. The first phase of the SREDA residential quarter went onstream in late 2018.
