From January 15 to April 25, 2019, PSN Group held general meetings of owners on matters of management and maintenance in the 1st and 2nd buildings of the first phase of the Domashny neighborhood.

More than 1,600 written votes were received from participants. 70% of the votes were cast in favor of UK Domashny LLC (part of the PSN Home group of companies) as the management company.

The general meeting of owners also agreed the basic terms and conditions of the contract with the management company and the tariffs for basic and additional services, elected apartment building councils, and determined the procedure for holding subsequent general meetings.

PSN Home provides residents with technical maintenance for engineering systems and equipment, a 24/7 support desk, security, cleaning of common areas, as well as additional services. The 24/7 call center (+7 (495) 800 01 02) can assist with any issues.

The two buildings of the first phase of the Domashny neighborhood went into operation in December 2018 and January 2019. The total area of the commissioned buildings amounts to 112,319.10 square meters, which includes apartments, parking spaces, commercial premises, and storage rooms. Residents of PSN Group’s comfort-class projects also voted to select PSN Home companies to manage the SREDA and Grinada residential complexes.
