APARTMENTS AND PENTHOUSES WITH A VIEW GO ON SALE AT THE KAMELIA MANSION IN THE POLYANKA/44 COMPLEX02/07/2019
PSN Group has announced the start of sales in the Kamelia mansion, one of five modern buildings in the Polyanka/44 complex designed by world-famous architect Aidan Potter of British firm John McAslan + Partners.
The building consists of seven floors. The upper floors are given over to penthouses with wide terraces and panoramic windows offering stunning views of Moscow’s historical center and most famous sights: the Kremlin, Ostankino TV Tower, Moscow International Business Center (Moskva-City), and the high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment. The penthouses with terraces cover an area of 299 sq. m., with a maximum ceiling height of 4.5 m. The layouts can be custom-designed, allowing the most audacious interior solutions.
Storeys 2-6 contain apartments ranging in area from 103 to 168 square meters; buyers wishing to increase the floorspace can do so by combining apartments on one storey. The apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows with French balconies, making the room lighter and more spacious.
For interior visualization purposes, Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design developed a design project that demonstrates how to make stylish and aesthetic use of the space. Details for potential buyers are available from the sales office.
PSN Group’s Polyanka/44 was commissioned in March 2019. The territory of the complex is enclosed, and an English-style garden with an area of0.8 hectares, created by the international landscape bureau Gillespies, is located inside the courtyard. The garden contains lounge zones and green alleys that create a “sanctuary of quiet” in the very heart of the metropolis.
Note that all apartments and penthouses are sold without finishing and furnishing.
