I'M ELITE RESIDENTIAL QUARTER RANKED AMONG TOP MOSCOW PROJECTS IN TERMS OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS. PRICE PER SQM IN THE I'M PROJECT HAS INCREASED BY 30%28/10/2016
Experts at the Moscow-based consulting company Welhome have analyzed the elite new construction market of Moscow and named projects that have demonstrated the highest growth in their price per sqm. Among the projects marketed in 2015, the I'M elite residential quarter ranks among the top 3 projects with the greatest investment attractiveness.
A survey by Welhome analysts suggests that the minimum price per sqm in the I'M project has thus far grown by 30%. For example, the minimum price per sqm in April 2015 was RUB 267,000, while the minimum budget of a purchase of a 38.6 sqm apartment was RUB 10.7 million. The same apartment is currently priced at RUB 12.1 million.

“The I'M project actually carries a great deal of investment potential. The property is selling at a fairly high rate, with over 60% of lots already sold. The price per sqm will increase gradually as the stage of readiness increases.”
