Tatyana Tikova, Vice President for Strategy and Asset Management, PSN Group:

«Strategy is vital for companies of any level or sector, but the strategic planning approach chosen at the time of economic and political instability can be decisive for whether the company will continue as a market leader or its name will be forgotten, and projects unfinished. When faced with a crisis, many executives abandon their long-term plans, shifting focus to short-term steps, but we believe that only a determined push for the goal line, routine adjustment of our actions, and unbiased risk assessment will drive us to success.»
