“In the comfort-class segment we have earned a reputation for being a developer focused on integrated development of the territory. We were the first company to unlock the potential of the former industrial zone Grayvoronovo No. 56 by creating the SREDA residential quarter here. As we add new areas for development, total investments can come to $550 million, according to preliminary estimates.”
It will be recalled that PSN Group is currently implementing three comfort-class projects: SREDA, Domashniy, and Grinada with a total footprint of over 62 hectares.
