In 2019, PSN Group put into operation 191,866 square meters of residential real estate in Moscow and entered the list of Top 10 developers by amount of commissioned real estate, according to the Russian Unified Resource of Developers (URD). At the same time, the company's share in the region amounted to approximately 4%.

The URD methodology took account of the total area of residential premises, excluding balconies, loggias, verandas, and terraces, in housing developments that were put into operation last year.

Recall that in 2019 PSN Group commissioned 3,231 flats in the Polyanka/44, Domashny, SREDA, and Grinada projects. Including non-residential premises, the developer put approximately 300,000 square meters of real estate into operation. Among the projects are commercial areas, storage rooms, and parking lots, as well as well-equipped landscaped courtyards.

Mikhail Grachevsky, Vice President for Development, PSN Group:

"Over the years of development activity, we have built and commissioned 600,000 square meters of residential real estate. In this regard, we prefer monolithic construction technology and use high-quality materials. In addition, each of our integrated development projects is a kind of 'city in a city' combining a comfortable living environment with a landscaped and green territory, modern playgrounds, and sports areas."

PSN Group has been active in the real estate market since 2000 and is one of the largest private companies in Russia. The company specializes in real estate construction and management. Its development portfolio contains around 2 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate, including five residential real estate projects. In 2019, PSN Group was recognized as the best developer in the 10th annual Consumer Rights and Service Quality Awards, and its lease deal with Aeroflot was acknowledged as the largest in the Moscow commercial real estate market in 2018.
