PSN GROUP RANKS AMONG THE TOP 5 FOR SALES OF MASS MARKET AND UPSCALE SEGMENTS20/11/2018
The company made it into the list of the most successful developers in two categories at once: the mass market and upscale segments. The judging was conducted by the experts at Urban Awards, who added up the statistical results of the activities of the leading developers over three quarters of 2018.
The rating took into account the number of apartments sold, their total cost, as well as the proportion of the total number of lots sold and the total revenue earned by the developer. PSN Group ranked fifth in sales in the mass market segment with its SREDA, Domashny and Grinada projects. From January to September 2018, 2151 lots were sold in these residential complexes for a total of 16.88 billion rubles.
The experts noted that the PSN Group is the only developer among the top 5 to lead sales exclusively in “old” Moscow. At the same time, all of the group’s comfort class residential complexes are in the top 15 most sought after in “old” Moscow. Of note is that for Grinada the revenue increased by more than 50% over 2017.
In the upscale segment, the PSN Group won accolades with 16 lots sold in the Polyanka/44 private housing complex. Eleven of these apartments span more than 100 square meters each. The sales volume for the housing totals 1.67 billion rubles.
Recall that PSN Group was named Developer of the Year by Urban Awards in 2017.
