PSN Group's deluxe project—Luxury Residential Development POLYANKA/44—has won the European Property Awards 2016. The project won the highest “5 Stars” accolade.

London hosted the festive award ceremony of the European Property Awards 2016 - the annual international awards recognizing the best development projects and design solutions in residential and commercial real estate from all over the world. Projects bearing the International Property Awards hallmark enjoy worldwide recognition.

This year, three Russian contenders were nominated in the "Best Residential Complex" category, including PSN Group's project, Luxury Residential Development POLYANKA/44. Following an evaluation by an expert jury, POLYANKA/44 received the highest accolade of "5 stars", which entitles the project to continue competing with the winners of the first stage of the contest from other countries for the title of best project in Europe. The other finalists were recognized as "highly commended".

PSN Group has presented its project for an international award consideration for the first time. For award consideration, the project team spent an entire month preparing a detailed POLYANKA/44 portfolio with an end-to-end project presentation: from the architectural and marketing concept to the specification of materials to be used in the interior finishing.

Ekaterina Tain, Retail Sales Director at PSN Group:

“We are genuinely happy that our project has earned international recognition and a high ranking from the expert jury. This is proof that POLYANKA/44 is a high-quality and perfectly polished product capable of competing with the best real estate projects in Europe.”

The POLYANKA/44 project by PSN Group is a community of luxury cottages under construction in one of Moscow's most picturesque and quiet neighborhoods. The complex is centered around three buildings dating back to the late 19th century. They are complemented by five freestanding cottages. The cottages are named after different spices: Saffron, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and flowers: Hydrangea, Camellia, Lotus, Orchid, and Magnolia.

A stellar team has been assembled to create the POLYANKA/44 cottages. It includes the international architects John McAslan + Partners, the creators of the landscape design of One Hyde Park in London — Gillespies, and the international design bureau AEDAS.
