The names of the finalists of the International Property Awards in the “Residential Development” category have been announced the other day. Luxury Residential Development POLYANKA/44 has made it to the finals along with two other projects and is now vying for the title of Best Elite Residential Property.

International Property Awards is a prestigious international award that annually draws the best residential and commercial real estate projects from all over the world. Projects bearing the International Property Awards hallmark enjoy worldwide recognition.

PSN Group has presented its project for an international award consideration for the first time. For this debut, we have chosen the Luxury Residential Development POLYANKA/44 that has already won Russian real estate industry awards. The project was nominated for the “Residential Development” category alongside other elite segment projects. For award consideration, the project team prepared a detailed POLYANKA/44 portfolio with an end-to-end project presentation: from the architectural and marketing concept to the specification of materials to be used in the interior finishing.

A London-based expert jury evaluated the presentation over the course of one month. Following the evaluation, Luxury Residential Development POLYANKA/44 was ranked among the top 3 contenders for the award.

The award winners will be announced on October 27 at a gala reception in London.

The POLYANKA/44 project by PSN Group is a community of luxury cottages under construction in one of Moscow's most picturesque and quiet neighborhoods. The complex is centered around three buildings dating back to the late 19th century. They are complemented by five freestanding cottages. The cottages are named after different spices: Saffron, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and flowers: Hydrangea, Camellia, Lotus, Orchid, and Magnolia.

A stellar team has been assembled to create the POLYANKA/44 cottages. It includes the international architects John McAslan + Partners, the creators of the landscape design of One Hyde Park in London — Gillespies, and the international design bureau AEDAS.
