43% OF CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED ON THE D3 BUILDING AT THE GRINADA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX21/02/2019
The PSN Group reports on the current construction status of the D3 monolithic building at the Grinada residential complex. New technologies, high-quality materials, as well as modern facade solutions are being used in the project. February work includes setting up the facade system and installing windows.
Recall that sales for the D3 building were launched in January of 2019. The concept for the building is from AHR, a British architecture and building practice. The architectural and artistic solution for the facades was dictated by the functional purpose of the building along with the desire to make use of as much natural lighting as possible. A ventilated, insulated facade is employed in the building.
There are three primary colors used for the cladding: light beige, light gray and orange. Most of the exterior finish to all sections is in the light beige shade. Gray is used on the high-rise sections, and orange is the accent color. There are also facade inserts with the surface closely matching wood texture. This approach highlights a key focus of the project: environmental friendliness. Fiber cement panels and concrete EcoStone tiles are used in the facade. A thin layer of plaster is also applied to the facade finish.
The windows are panoramic with an enlarged daylight area. The project architects have provided several solutions for the installation of air conditioners: decorative baskets on the outside facade and baskets inside the loggias. Montblanc profiles, double-glazed windows, MACO hardware, or similar materials are used for the windows.
All of the building materials and parts have the required fire safety and sanitary certificates.
