The Ryazanskaya Transport Interchange Hub (TIH) will connect the Metro, the Moscow Central Circle (MCC), railways, and public transport within walking distance of PSN Group’s SREDA project A park and ride for private vehicles will also be provided here. The TIH will be fully operational in 2019 and will be one of the city’s most modern transportation systems.

A number of large transport facilities will also be built at the Ryazanskaya TIH. Nizhegorodskaya station on the MCC is already open. Construction of a large circle line and the Kozhukhovskaya line on the Metro is underway. Along with two Metro stations and the MCC, the Karacharovo railway station will also be located at the Ryazanskaya TIH.

According to the Mayor of Moscow’s official website, passenger terminals, administrative buildings, a shopping mall and a parking lot will be built at the Ryazanskaya TIH. Part of the transport interchange hub will also be used for aboveground park and rides for cars.

Nizhgorodskaya Metro station from SREDA residential quarter will open in 2019. Utility lines have been relocated, and excavation of a foundation pit, installation of the main structures (including reinforced concrete structures for the underpass), and construction of the main line tunnels of the branch to the Nizhegorodskoe depot are in progress. Nizhegorodskaya will initially be part of the Kozhukhovskaya Metro line from Nekrasovka to Aviamotornaya. Later, after construction of the Large Circle Line is completed, it will be the final stop on the Kozhukhovskaya line, and the section from Nizhegorodskaya to Aviamotornaya will become part of the Large Circle Line.

The first phase of SREDA residential quarter will be commissioned in Q3 2018. Construction of the entire project will be completed in 2021. SREDA is the first integrated area development project in this location: it covers an area of about 19.4 ha. It is designed to change the appearance of the district and make it more attractive to Moscow residents.
