In the finished buildings of the first and second phases of PSN Group’s comfort-class residential complexes, more than 75% of the commercial space (8,300 square meters) has been sold, of which 27% (around 3,000 square meters) went in 2019. Over 30 commercial premises have already been opened on the territory of these residential complexes.

The Domashny neighborhood provides a total of 2,500 square meters of commercial space. At present, 11 essential stores and services are available to residents and guests of the neighborhood. In Q4 2019, a pickup point for the online store Wildberries began operating in the first section of building II of phase I, and a beauty salon is set to open soon in building I of phase I.

At the SREDA residential quarter, 5,300 square meters have been allocated for commercial premises: a Magnit grocery store, a pharmacy, two beauty salons, a barbershop, two cuisines, a craft bar, and an online order pickup point are already operating on the territory. In January 2020, a cafe serving Georgian cuisine also opened inside the residential quarter.

At the Grinada residential quarter, the developer has earmarked around 3,000 square meters for commercial premises. Currently, there are two grocery stores, a hardware store, a craft bar, a dentistry, two beauty salons, and the "Green Land" development center for children and adults. Recently, another children’s development institute, the "Boltusha" center, opened on the territory.
