PSN Group presents its first project as part of the redevelopment of the former Graivoronovo industrial zone

Total area of the development: 763,000 sqm. The 19.4 ha site will receive 295,600 sqm of comfort-class residences with an advanced social infrastructure. The project also comprises a significant commercial component boasting 245,900 sqm of floor space. Underground and surface parking will accommodate a total of 5,700 cars. The project will be implemented in three phases. Phase One will comprise a school and a kindergarten for 1,125 children. Smart zoning, car-free courtyards, children’s and sports grounds, parks, and family cafes will create a comfortable environment for the whole family. Set not far from the city center, SREDA residential quarter has all the potential it takes to create a prime environment for life, work, and sports and to progress as an excellent investment opportunity for business. 5 minutes away are the Third Ring Road and a railway station. Travel time to the Garden Ring Road: 10 minutes. A new Nizhegorodskaya Street Metro station will be introduced 300 m from the property in 2017. Local ongoing infrastructure efforts include the active construction of a new passenger hub, the Ryazansky Prospekt expansion project and the new interchange project. These will help to ease passenger traffic, contributing to the neighborhood’s better transport accessibility. SREDA residential quarter was designed by RICARDO BOFILL TALLER DE ARQUITECTURA, an international firm with more than a 50-year long history of successful architectural projects, including integrated schemes for large territories. The developer, PSN Group, plans to turn SREDA residential quarter into a brand new environment to benefit small businesses and creativity/handicraft initiatives, and a venue for city festivals and like events. The new SREDA will be created together with the future residents to integrate the ideas of the people along with those of the developer and the city. The construction is due to begin in September 2015. Phase One will be completed in the first half of 2018. All the three phases will be delivered in 2020.
