The Polyanka/44 elite mansion complex and the SREDA and Grinada residential quarters are taking part in the 3rd international festival House on Brestskaya Invites: Architecture, Design, Landscape — 2020.

The Polyanka/44 project is nominated in the Present and Past architectural category and in the Small Gardens landscape category. Mock-ups of the project and photographs of works already carried out will be exhibited at the festival.

Thanks to the care and attention of the developer in preserving the early 20th-century historical buildings and restoring their original facade solutions, the residential complex has already won a number of prestigious architectural awards. In addition, the project features a unique 0.8-hectare English garden with an artificial stream and fountain, rare species of plants, and picturesque lounge areas. The landscape design was awarded a Gold Diploma at the Russian National Landscape Architecture Awards.

The SREDA and Grinada comfort-class projects are nominated in the Architecture of Residential Buildings and Territory Improvement categories.

The architectural concept of the SREDA residential quarter includes the layout of the territory, zoning into public and private areas, the combination of low and high-rise sections, and multi-format glazing. The total improvement area of the SREDA project is 7.5 hectares, of which approximately 3 hectares are allocated for green spaces. The landscape design was developed in cooperation with bureau Gillespies. In the courtyards are modern playgrounds from the global brand Kompan and workout zones. Next to the quarter is a landscaped park where perennial trees and shrubs are preserved and new ones planted, including cherry, lilac, maple, birch, elm, spruce, pine, several species of juniper, barberry, hydrangea, and other plants.

The Grinada project concept was created according to the principles of sustainable architecture. The territory of the Grinada residential quarter is decorated with various trees and shrubs from the largest nurseries of Europe and arboretums outside Moscow. In addition, the developer added a summer greenhouse for residents, who have already planted aster, iris, and day lily.

The festival House on Brestskaya Invites: Architecture, Design, Landscape — 2020 is held annually for the purpose of raising the global prestige of Russian architecture, as well as stimulating industry experts to grow professionally and increase their competitiveness in the face of modern challenges and realities. The main events and exposition of works will be held on May 18–25, 2020, at the House on Brestskaya architectural-construction center at the address: 6, 2-ya Brestskaya street, Moscow.
