The Domashny neighborhood has been nominated in the Comfort-Class Project of the Year category, and the Grinada residential complex in the Most Ecologically Attractive Residential Complex category at the annual Move Realty Awards 2020.

The judging panel will meet in March to determine the shortlist of finalists in a closed vote. Nominated projects are evaluated according to various criteria, from information about the developer to construction materials. The names of the winners will be announced on March 26 at the official awards ceremony.

For the record, the Domashny neighborhood is a large-scale comfort-class residential complex within walking distance of the Moscow River and Park 850-Letiya Moskvy. The development covers a total area of 27 hectares. The architectural concept of the neighborhood was created by Dutch firm MLA+. One of the main features of the project is the variable-height buildings, providing maximum insolation of all apartments and the courtyard. Phase I and building I of phase II of the neighborhood have already been commissioned.

The Grinada residential complex is located in one of the greenest areas of Moscow — Northern Butovo on the border of Butovo Forest. Buildings D1, D2, D4.1, and D5 have been put into operation. The courtyards are landscaped with trees and shrubs from the largest nurseries of Europe and arboretums of Moscow Region, and equipped with modern children's playgrounds and sports facilities from the global brand KOMPAN, as well as an area for dog walking and training.
