PSN Group has announced the launch of the trade-in program in the comfort-class SREDA residential quarter.

The program aims to help customers who own an apartment in or outside Moscow to accomplish two deals at once: sell their own flat in the market for pre-owned real estate, and buy a home in the SREDA residential quarter. Proceeds from the sale of the flat can be used as the downpayment to finance the purchase of the home in the residential quarter.

The entire process is formalized at a one-stop window in the SREDA sales office. A big advantage of this program is the opportunity to book a flat in the SREDA residential quarter for up to 45 days. Also note that the program is being implemented at rates that are 30% lower than average market rates, which saves the customer the trouble of paying for the same service twice.

The offer applies to all flats in or outside Moscow and to the entire range of flats in the SREDA residential quarter. The price of real estate, its floor area and layout are irrelevant. The program is effective for an indeterminate period.

The SREDA residential quarter by the developer PSN Group is a complex of comfort-class new construction properties in the vicinity of Ryazanskiy Prospect, 10 minutes away from the Garden Ring Road, right next to the Kuskovo Estate.
