Over 70% of the residents participated in selecting the management company. The majority voted for the Grinada management company, a member of the PSN Home group of companies.

The company will continue to manage the facility and oversee the technical maintenance of the buildings. PSN Home plans to improve and automate the processes behind interactions between the company and residents, provide owners with 24/7 support, and speed up the resolution of issues related to apartments and communal property.

Currently, PSN Home provides for the comprehensive management of the residential area of Grinada, from technical maintenance of houses to operating the billing center.
