BEST-Novostroy analysts have compiled a ranking of the top 5 districts with the largest number of schools. The Maryino District ranks second in the ranking.
Buyers of apartments in the Domashniy residential community by PSN Group need not worry about sending their children to school. Analytical findings indicate that the Maryino District, where the Domashniy residential community is under construction, is among the top five Moscow districts with the highest numbers of schools.
The district has 24 hours and roughly the same number of lyceums, colleges, and educational circles. Notably, Maryino also ranks second in terms of the number of kindergartens, of which it has 52. Once the Domashniy project has been completed, Maryino residents will have two more modern schools and two kindergartens.
Ekaterina Tain, Retail Sales Director at PSN Group: “The availability of an educational and recreational infrastructure for children is one of the competitive advantages, since our major buyers have children. The Maryino District is not only located in Moscow South-East with its tremendous redevelopment potential, but also offers a number of parks within walking distance along with a large number of schools and recreational facilities for children.”
Domashniy is the first large-scale residential construction project in Maryino in the past 2 decades. Construction of the residential quarter began in November 2015 and is progressing ahead of schedule. Prices for properties in the Domashniy residential community rank among the top 5 most budget-friendly offers in the Old Moscow area, while the project itself is among the top 10 largest projects in the capital city.
