The large-scale Ryazanskaya transport interchange hub, which is being built close to PSN Group’s SREDA residential quarter, will feature a landscape park. As reported by the Moscow Department for Urban Development Policy and Construction, a multi-level flower garden will be planted on the site, including alder, linden, willow, and spirea. Geoplastic elements in the form of verdured hill ridges will be used as decoration.

A canopy lighting fixture will be installed to protect visitors from rain and sun and provide an additional source of light in the evening. The landscape park will separate the residential development from the transport hub, which will link Nizhegorodskaya station on the Moscow Central Circle line to the subway station of the same name, as well as to suburban platforms and overland transport stops. Located under the MCC platform will be cafes and shops, outdoor furniture, and bicycle parking, LED lighting will also be installed.

Construction of the Ryazanskaya transport interchange hub is due to be completed by end 2019. Thanks to the hub, SREDA residents will be able to reach the city center, neighboring districts, and the other end of Moscow quickly and comfortably. There will be several transport hubs all in the vicinity of the SREDA residential quarter: the Nekrasovskaya subway branch, the Bolshaya Koltsevaya (Big Ring) line, the Moscow Central Circle line, and the Nizhny Novgorod (Gorky), Riga, and Kazan routes of the Moscow railway.
