On June 22, PSN Group launched sales in the Pravda apartment complex, which will be built on the site of the Pravda publishing house, once Russia’s largest newspaper. The territory covers 2.6 hectares. Project financing was provided by Sberbank. Apartments can be purchased under an equity participation agreement through an escrow account; the minimum cost per lot is 8 million rubles ($113,000).

The Pravda project is a business-class apartment complex in Moscow’s Begovoy District, 4.5 km from the Kremlin. Nearby are the Third Ring Road, Belorusskaya and Savelovskaya metro stations, as well as Belorussky and Savelovsky rail stations, from which Sheremetyevo Airport is a 45-minute ride away. Within walking distance are the White Square business center, the Museum of Russian Impressionism, the Moscow Hippodrome and the Depo food mall, as well as hotels, specialized schools and universities, cafes and restaurants.

The architectural concept of the Pravda project was developed by Dutch bureau de Architekten Cie. The complex is based on a multi-level architecture with two 21-storey accent towers and panoramic windows. More than 60% of the apartments offer views of central Moscow and its surroundings. Commercial premises are available on the first floors, which will provide residents with shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, bank branches and other infrastructure. In addition, there will be a two-level underground parking lot for 500 cars.

Landscaping and greenery cover 1.6 hectares. The Pravda territory is a car-free zone, ensuring maximum comfort for the whole family. The parks and promenade areas, with landscape design by British bureau Gillespies, are suitable for sports and games, BBQ parties and children's events. The courtyard and lobby have Wi-Fi.

Buyers can choose among dozens of planning solutions. On sale are 439 residential apartments ranging from 30.6 to 132 square meters, with or without interior finishing. Either of the two types of finishing features a modern design and high-quality, eco-friendly finishing materials from leading brands. Some lots are sold with spacious terraces.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by late 2022.
