HOSHI, a pan-Asian cuisine restaurant will open on June 27 in the Novospassky business quarter at 7/10 Derbenevskaya Naberezhnaya, a property managed by PSN Group. The menu will feature national dishes of the Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, and Thai cuisines. The average check for a lunch at HOSHI is estimated at 250-300 roubles.

HOSHI is a project by Prime Star Restaurants Group that has been successfully developing the so-called "fast casual cafe" chain in the healthy food segment in Moscow. It is part of the restaurant holding Novikov Group. HOSHI is an Asian version of the fast food restaurant Prime. Its concept is centered around a menu offering a selection of dishes for both a full meal and a quick yet healthy snack. The restaurant also sells food and beverages to go. This format is ideally suited for the bustling business quarter with some 12,000 office workers.

The menu of the HOSHI restaurant will offer both traditional Asian dishes, such as the Vietnamese "pho" soup or "wok" noodles with vegetables and meat, and dishes unfamiliar to the public at large: Pyan-se with vegetables, Bánh bao with glass noodles and pork, and Korean Gimbap rolls. HOSHI also offers patrons complete Japanese lunches called Bento that include rice, meat or fish, fresh or marinaded vegetables, all arranged in special food containers.
