Luxury Residential Development POLYANKA/44 is a chamber project combining historic and contemporary architectural solutions. The complex is based around a historic building, designed in the early 20th century by Gustaf Helrich, an acknowledged master of the Russian Modern style. The building is currently being renovated and fitted with a terrace. The complex will be supplemented by new modern elegant cottages designed by the leading London-based architectural firm John McAslan + Partners. The building contractor is currently digging the foundation pit. The design provides for a large front yard measuring 1 ha. A picturesque garden designed by the international landscape bureau Gillespies will be planted here. The general contractor for the project is a major international company Codest International that has been operating in the global real estate market for over 30 years. The project is being developed by PSN Group, one of Russia's largest private developers with 15 years of experience in the real estate market.
