Reinforced concrete structures have been completed in all eight sections of the first building of the Domashniy residential community. Construction is progressing on schedule. The total volume of concrete poured in all sections is 35,891 m3. The next phase involves finishing of the lobby and common areas and landscaping of the grounds.

The first stage of the first building consists of eight sections with a different number of stories: 6 to 32. The 32-story towers will become the tallest buildings in the Maryino District. They will offer panoramic views of the Moskva River and parks. Flats in the tall towers start at RUB 4.4 million.

Ekaterina Tain, Vice President of Retail Sales, PSN Group:

"Comfort-class skyscrapers are a rare thing in Moscow. The flats with panoramic vistas of Moscow are our gift to the future residents of our residential community. Such flats go up in price once they near a high state of readiness, which is why they are far more affordable in their current construction phase."

Reinforced concrete structures of the first building of the first stage of the project have been completed as scheduled. Concrete pouring in the first building was carried out simultaneously with facade finishing and window installation. This allows the future homeowners to appreciate the almost entirely complete facade solutions this early into the project. Work on the facade and tiling currently continues along with installation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Note that more than 65% of all flats in the first building had been sold by the time the concrete pouring phase was completed. The first building is scheduled to enter service in the 1st quarter of 2018.
