PSN Group brings large-scale project to market for 27-ha residential development in Maryino


The Domashny residential quarter will alter the image of the making it considerably more attractive. It will be located a 10-minute drive from the Maryino Metro station on Donetskaya Street, on the banks of the Moscow River. The residential quarter will be one of the few projects to combine an extensive park area and the landscaped embankment area of a major water artery. The Domashny residential quarter will bring 337,000 sqm of high-quality, comfort-class residential property to Maryino, and will add a new, contemporary social infrastructure to the reasonably comfortable district of Maryino. The Domashny project will include a school and two kindergartens, a cafe and fitness centers. Parking will be created for residents of the quarter for 4,250 cars. The developer of the Domashny project, PSN Group plans to create a welcoming atmosphere in this quarter, ensuring residents really feel AT HOME. The principle of a «car-free» courtyard will be observed, there will be fully-equipped sports grounds, cycle paths and park zones. The capability is being elaborated in the Domashny residential quarter for the construction of a multifunction center with a swimming pool. The architectural concept of the Domashny quarter was developed by MLA+, a recognized urban planning and architectural firm from Holland. The company has completed a range of major projects in Europe, Asia, and South America. MLA+ architects have successfully separated the public and private spaces in the development. The central promenade alley with cycle paths will traverse the entire quarter, exiting towards the pleasant Moscow River embankment area and extending into the Park of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow. The quarter will see 793,0000 sqm of property built, of which 260,000 will be residential space. The total investment in the project will amount to about RUB 40 billion. Construction of the Domashny quarter will commence in November 2015. The project’s first stage will be completed as early as the end of 2017. The residential quarter is planned for implementation in three stages. Construction of the entire project will be completed in 2020. The starting price of apartments in the Domashny residential quarter will be RUB 130,000 per sqm. The project developer is PSN Group, a major private company with 15 years of experience on the property market. The Domashny residential quarter will be the largest project in the company’s development portfolio. Construction work is also actively underway at the SREDA comfort-class residential quarter on Ryazansky Prospect, the I’M premium class residential quarter on Shlyuzovaya Embankment, and the Polyanka/44 elite villa complex.
