SREDA Residential Quarter Ranks Among Top 5 Projects with Largest Apartments26/09/2016
Findings of the Bon Ton real estate agency indicate that buyers' interests are increasingly shifting towards multiple-bedroom apartments with a large floor area. Analysts report that demand for 60-65 sqm two-bedroom flats and 80 sqm three-bedroom flats rose by more than 35% in the first half of 2016.
The Bon Ton real estate agency compiled a ranking of mass-segment new construction projects with a predominance of apartments with a large floor area. The SREDA residential quarter by PSN Group ranks among the top 3 with the largest offering of apartments with a large floor area. Three- and four-bedroom apartments account for 28% of all flats in the residential quarter, meaning that one in four apartments is marketed as a multi-bedroom home with a large floor area. PSN Group would also like to announce that one half of all spaces in the second stage of the SREDA project will be reserved for three- and four-bedroom apartments.
“A large share of customers nowadays are families for whom an apartment is not a long-term investment, but mainly a home. This contributes to the growing popularity of spacious and large apartments, so much so that may developers are currently forced to revise their apartment size philosophy by increasing the floor areas. Another reason behind the growing share of large apartments on the market is the declining interest rates, which caused investors that mostly bought studio apartments or small one-bedroom apartments to leave the market,” says Ekaterina Tain, Retail Sales Director at PSN Group.
Analysts report that demand for 60-65 sqm two-bedroom flats and 80 sqm three-bedroom flats rose by more than 35% in the first half of 2016. Close to 6% of all customers inquire about four-bedroom apartments with an average floor area of 115 to 120 sqm. Experts believe that apartments of these sizes will enjoy a growing demand with buyers in the near future.
