As many as two integrated residential development projects by PSN Group—SREDA residential quarter and Domashniy residential community—made it to the top ten biggest projects in the Old Moscow area.

The comfort-class Domashniy residential community landed in the sixth spot in the ranking. The total footprint of the residential community is 27 hectares. Domashniy is the first large-scale residential construction project in Maryino in the past 2 decades. Notably, the Domashniy residential community ranks among the top 5 most budget-friendly offers in the Old Moscow area.

The comfort-class SREDA residential quarter occupied the next, seventh, spot in the ranking. The quarter is part of an integrated territory development project with a total footprint of 19.4 hectares. The project is being implemented on the grounds of a former industrial zone, Grayvoronovo, in the vicinity of Ryazanskiy Prospect. Once completed, the neighborhood will feature an integrated residential, sports, social, commercial, cultural, and educational environment packed with infrastructure: 3 hectares of parks and gardens, a tennis academy, a soccer pitch, dedicated jogging and bicycle lanes, and small and medium business opportunities. The Nizhegorodskaya Ulitsa Metro station will open 300 meters away from the project site in 2018. It will connect two Metro branches and the third interchange circuit. The SREDA residential quarter, along with another PSN Group project — Domashniy, also ranks among the Top 5 most budget-friendly offers on the market of the capital city.

Integrated development of territories is a new trend actively supported by Moscow: even in downtown areas there are currently plenty of former industrial zones offering redevelopment potential. PSN Group is one of the largest developers in this segment with two ongoing integrated development projects.
