SREDA and Domashniy Residential Quarters by PSN Group Rank Among Top 5 Most Verdant Projects in Moscow

The Bon Ton real estate agency has published a ranking of projects with the largest areas reserved for soft landscaping. PSN Group's comfort-class projects ranked second and fourth. Experts have recognized the South-East, where both projects are under construction, as the most verdant district of Moscow.

Ecology and proximity to parks are important criteria for buyers on the market for housing regardless of the price segment they are interested in. The SREDA residential quarter and the Domashniy residential community are under construction in the South-Eastern district, which is one of the capital city's most verdant districts.

The ranking compiled by analysts of the Bon Ton agency includes projects set next to the largest city parks as well as residential quarters where developers have planned their own landscaped park zones. The SREDA residential quarter ranks second in the ranking. The residential quarter will be dominated by alleys and parks measuring a total of 7.5 hectares, or 39% of the entire project site area.

Another comfort-class project of PSN Group, the Domashniy residential community, also earned a spot in the verdant ranking, coming in fourth. In the Domashniy quarter, 7 hectares of grounds, or 26% of the total project footprint, will be reserved for promenades and gardens. The Domashniy quarter also ranks second in the ranking of projects with their own large recreation and park zones.

Maxim Gasiev, PSN Group President:

“The presence of parks or gardens on the property grounds is a major advantage for buyers shopping for a flat. Our end consumers nowadays are families with children for whom the environmental component is a major consideration, while park zones with promenades are both an excellent location for family recreation and a landscape feature as well as contribute to a comfortable living environment. Such major projects as SREDA and Domashniy literally expand the lungs of Moscow.”
