The discounted mortgage rate for buyers of flats in the SREDA residential quarter at 7% ARP is available in February only.

Promsvyazbank, a partner bank of the SREDA residential quarter, offers a new mortgage program for buyers of SREDA flats. Only in February 2016, the mortgage interest rate has been reduced to 7% APR. The promotion covers the entire pool of flats.

Set not far from the city center, SREDA residential quarter has all the potential it takes to create a prime environment for life, work, and sports and to progress as an excellent investment opportunity for business. The Third Ring Road and a railway station are a 5 minutes' drive away. Travel time to the Garden Ring Road: 10 minutes.
