Convenient and quick exits to Tverskaya Street, Leningradsky Prospect, and the Third Ring Road, close proximity to major transport hubs such as the Belorussky and Savelovsky railway stations, and a mere 45-minute drive to Sheremetyevo Airport all enhance the rhythm of modern urban life. Those living or working in the future quarter will be able to leave their cars at home on the weekend: the nearest metro stations—Belorusskaya, Savelovskaya, and Nizhniaya Maslovka (scheduled to open in 2018)—are less than 10 minutes away on foot. A 20-minute walk up Tverskaya Street will take you to all of the downtown streets and the Patriarch's Ponds.
The quarter’s architectural concept is being crafted by the Dutch firm De Architekten Cie, which has a successful 25-year track record of creating designs all over the world.
The contemporary architecture of the quarter will alter the entire neighborhood beyond recognition. The development of this area calls for a seamless blend of residential, commercial and office space. This will create a comfortable environment for both work and play.
The high-rise development leaves a lot of room in the quarter for grass and parks. The top floors will offer a panoramic view of downtown and key landmarks in the capital city. Apartments will have large panoramic windows and high ceilings (over 3 m) to let in more light.
The quarter will feature a unified landscape concept. Yet another green neighborhood will appear on the map of Moscow, with its private and public spaces separated, yet harmoniously blended.
An atmosphere of exquisite yet restrained luxury is created using elegant interior shapes and crisp outlines, while the fireplace and “levitating” light fixtures make for a more vibrant and warm ambiance. Plentiful natural light and deep natural colors immerse guests in an atmosphere of comfort and luxury.
All apartments are available with high-quality modern interior finishing.
The future interiors are based around three styles. Apartment owners can choose different color solutions and materials within each style.
All high-rise buildings located along Bumazhny Proyezd will be offset relative to one another. This architectural trick will open up panoramic vistas of Moscow from each window of every building.
More than 60% of the apartments will offer panoramic views of the downtown area and the capital’s chief landmarks: Moscow City, Ostankino Tower, high-rises, the vibrant Tverskaya Street, and serene parks all around.
